What You Get
Subscribers receive scored permit data via text that includes property addresses, trade type, estimated job values, and contact paths where available.
Free proof permits (sent before subscription) include the same data and detail level.
No Guarantees
Permits are not exclusive. Up to 3-5 contractors per ZIP per trade may receive the same permits.
We provide data, not guaranteed jobs. Closing depends on your sales, pricing, and availability.
Contact details are from licensed data providers. Some may be outdated or incorrect.
Permit data comes from public government databases. We do not control their accuracy or timeliness.
Volume depends on permit activity in your area and trade. Seasonal fluctuations are normal.

Permits are derived from publicly available building permit records filed with city and county governments. We add value by aggregating, scoring, and enriching this data with property and contact enrichment from public records and licensed data providers.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- Violate these terms.
- Engage in abusive behavior toward homeowners or our team.
- Fail to maintain payment for 30+ days.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or damages from inaccurate data.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
The Ignite with Mike name, logo, website design, and permit scoring systems are the property of Mike Force Media LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
