Public Permit Data
The permits we deliver are sourced from publicly available government records (city and county permit databases). Homeowner names, addresses, and permit details are public record.
Property owner contact details referenced in permit records may be supplemented with data from licensed data providers, solely for inclusion in the permit data delivered to our subscribers.
SMS Communications
By using our website start flow, texting our number, or subscribing, you consent to receive text messages related to permit feed delivery notifications, account updates, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent status to any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Security

Data Retention
We retain your account information and message history while your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation. After that, personal data is deleted. Anonymized usage data may be retained for service improvement.
