AWKWARD ASKING FOR REVIEWS?
How to use it

- Send it, and answer any questions it asks.
Help me ask a past client for a testimonial I can actually use. Check what I delivered, when it finished, how they reacted and how well we know each other. Ask up to three missing questions; wait. Choose one move: ASK NOW, WAIT or SKIP, and say why in one sentence. If asking, write one short message (an email under 100 words) with three easy questions: what was happening before, what changed, and who they'd recommend it to. Ask for written permission to quote them, by full name, initials or business name, their choice. Never write the testimonial for them. Invent nothing.
